Proof of Humanity is an attempt to build a sybil resistant list of crypto signatures, so that other contracts can use it to keep spam and similar attacks out of their systems. It was also being used for a realtime UBI experiment, streaming tokens to every registered human.
I built a few sites to play with this data and to experiment with burning UBI tokens for governance and other ideas. They were mostly collected on the humanity.tools site.
First I made a graph showing who had vouched for who on the network.
Then I made a site that uses face encodings, the positions of eyes, nose, mouth and so on, to help spot duplicate entries in the registry. You give the address of a profile and it searches for similar encodings. It does not scale well and has plenty of false positives, but I heard it was useful to a few people.
Next I made a contract that mints generative NFTs of SVG clouds. To mint one you have to burn an increasing number of UBI tokens. That ties the supply to the available UBI supply and adds a curve where the more popular it gets the more expensive it gets.
With some artworks made, they needed somewhere to be shown. That was the Universal Basic Gallery, a gallery contract where you burn UBI to choose which token is on display. Reading the contract's transactions gives you the history of works that have been shown.
